Mad Hatter Dog Costume

We're all a bit mad here.  Our Mad Hatter dog costume includes a handmade mini top hat, over-sized bow, and a brocade neck band. Please provide all of the measurements and info listed below. 

The Details:

• Handmade purple mini top hat. Features a fabric sash and elastic neck strap for comfort and ease of wear. 
• Oversized bow in two fabric options. Striped or polka dots.
